Senior architecture advice, with a tool that does the heavy lifting
Work with me on an engagement, keep EVC afterwards, or run it yourselves.

Ways to work with me
A consulting engagement: the main way.
I'm a consulting enterprise architect with more than 20 years in complex environments. I built EVC to speed up my own delivery: it takes your existing data, has your owners confirm the facts, and turns it into decisions in weeks, not months. You get senior architecture advice, with the tool doing the heavy lifting.
Keep EVC after the engagement.
If your team wants to keep using EVC once the engagement ends, you can license it at a reasonable cost. Your data, capability model and roadmap stay exactly as we left them, ready for the next budget cycle, renewal or audit.
A subscription, without an engagement.
If you'd rather run it yourselves, EVC is also available as a subscription. I do the initial set-up: your industry pack, your data loaded, and your team shown the ropes. Then it's yours to use.
